Close to all amenities, and with plenty of off-street parking, this is the ideal location for your next event. Our functions room can seat up to 100 guests banquet-style and more if standing. We have full bar facilities, audio-visual equipment and attentive staff on hand to ensure your event is a successful one. Great indoor-outdoor flow means guests can sit inside, on the covered outdoor deck or stroll through the landscaped lawns and gardens. Bramble Grove

19 Old North Road, Kaiapoi

Bramble Grove is a lovely relaxed garden venue, with a unique romantic garden pavilion for 120 people, in the river town of Kaiapoi. It provides various beautiful sheltered backdrops for your wedding ceremony and includes the support of a highly experienced wedding co-ordinator. Bramble Grove is fully BYO for food and drinks.

Rosemount Park Estate

Rosemount’s unique private nine acre garden estate is available exclusively for your special day. An all-weather, all-year-round beautiful marquee includes loan of tables, decorations and equipment under the guidance of your own wedding co-ordinator who will ensure your every need is taken care of. A quality and mouth-watering selection of catering menus is available from Spitroast.com and there are also BYO options. A bridal suite and a vintage car is available for the bride’s arrival and photo opportunities, and beautiful horse drawn carriages are available to add an extra dimension of grace to your special day.

North New Brighton War Memorial Hall and Community Centre

This is the perfect venue for both small and large groups with the centre acting as a multi-use facility available for community activities and private social functions. The centre is very contemporary and has a stunning vista overlooking the beach. Upstairs is a large area with a modern commercial kitchen and a balcony that leads to the beach. Downstairs is a room suitable for smaller meetings or art & craft activities.

BANGOR FARM & DEER SHED

Situated on the outskirts of Darfield, Christchurch and once part of Bangor Estate, Bangor Farm is a spectacular setting featuring 50 acres of park with 160 year old Oak Trees, Red woods and Ponds. An Avenue of old English Oaks with views to Mt Hutt and Mt Torlesse complete the setting.

Bangor farm is all about family and friends coming together celebrating and relaxing, walking through the oak forests, ambling through The Park, around the ponds or just sitting under the veranda enjoy the moment. The stunning and unique location of Bangor Farm is perfect for functions small or large with a capacity of 300 persons.

AMURI ESTATE, Hanmer

Your ceremony may be held onsite as we have covered all weather conditions, each boasting amazing views. We offer a beautiful grassed ceremony area with an archway framing the view, surrounded by gardens and a bank of grandstand seating. We have an idyllic winter/wet weather room with a large window that looks out to the vast mountain range and perfectly shapes the view. It is a special location for winter weddings, warmed by the under-floor heating, which will provide the perfect atmosphere. A newly built, modern, barn-style building will host the perfect reception. Polished concrete floors, light plywood walls and 16 metres of glass doors shaping the views all create the ideal setting to continue the celebrations.

NORTH NEW BRIGHTON COMMUNITY CENTRE

The North New Brighton War Memorial Hall and Community Centre is a multi-use facility available for community activities and private social functions. This centre is modern and overlooks the beach.

THE OLD STONE HOUSE CRACROFT, CHRISTCHURC

The Old Stone House, nestled at the foot of the Cashmere Hills, is a unique Christchurch landmark. Fully restored and reopened on 7 February 2018 after earthquake strengthening and major repairs, the building is once again available for hire for weddings and other events as well as for community use.

This historic venue will add elegance to your wedding or function with ambience and a touch of class. With total freedom to select your own caterer and beverage supplier, you have complete control of your day, your way.

WEST EYRETON HALL

The West Eyreton Hall has an attractive garden setting and is located in a semi-rural area of the Canterbury Plains. It is a similar distance from Kaiapoi, Rangiora and Oxford; and only 5 km from Cust. The timber walls and flooring are character features of the mid-sized hall interior, and are complemented by a spacious fully-equipped kitchen and optional supper room.
