In 1991 Tony Treleaven formed the Canterbury Spit Roast Company. Based in Christchurch, New Zealand. After trading for 6 years in and around the Canterbury region the company was restructured to emerge as the New Zealand Spit Roast Company. The business was then expanded by offering their services throughout New Zealand.

Now 12 years on with the company having had many international enquiries we therefore thought it be appropriate to expand internationally changing our name to spitroast.com

Recognising that celebrations may sometimes extend beyond your function date we will package on request any surplus food for you to take away.
